I am attempting to run Aion via VirtualBox (IE11Win7) on a Thinkpad T400 with Mint 18. I get launch start-up that on first splash image pops up:

I'd like to know whether there's been any progress running Aion under Linux (Mint) Wine in lieu the crysystem.dll (loading failed. No access to memory location) issue.
